At LIFEASON, we want you to enjoy your new fashion pieces as quickly and conveniently as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders over $59. For orders under $59, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies.

We ship to both the United States and Europe, ensuring reliable delivery across major regions. Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 10–16 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs processing in certain countries.

All orders are carefully packaged to protect your items during transit. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your items. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team, who will guide you through the process and provide a return address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
